Intermediate Corporate LawyerWe are seeking a mid-level Corporate Lawyer who feels he or she could thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that is conducive to supporting lawyers in growing a book of business. We require 5 – 8 years of post-call experience with a broad range of Corporate/Commercial experience and a transferable partial book of business with a keen interest in growing it. You should have significant transactional experience with excellent drafting and communication skills, show strong attention to detail and have a good understanding of the realities of providing excellent client service. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, technology transfers, secured transactions and commercial leasing are all definite assets. The ability to work independently within a team-based environment, a willingness to provide mentoring to younger associates and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are essential. |
