Labour and Employment LawyerWe are looking for an intermediate level lawyer with a partial portable practice to complement our existing labour and employment practice. The successful candidate will have experience representing management in a wide range of matters, including human resource advising, labour board and arbitration proceedings, defending discrimination and human rights complaints, wrongful dismissal and workers’ compensation and health and safety. |
