This one-hour program led by Ray Mikkola, partner and a senior member of Pallett Valo’s Commercial Real Estate practice, will cover ethical issues for in-house counsel in commercial real estate transactions, such as:
- Identifying ethical obligations and red flags
- Fiduciary duties arising from trust/escrow funds
- Dealing with dormant trust accounts and interest on trust funds
- Reviewing reporting letters
