Toronto, Ontario - Monday, January 7, 2008 - Pallett Valo LLP, the leading business law firm in Mississauga, is pleased to announce that John Russo, a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group, and Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring Group, will be joining the Pallett Valo partnership.

Mr. Russo practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a particular focus on contractual disputes, collections, asset recovery, and enforcement of security. John's clients include mid-size and large companies across a number of industry sectors, as well as financial institutions.
Mr. Russo was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999 and the State bars of New Jersey in 1997 and New York in1998.
Pallett Valo has 26 lawyers, including ten partners, 17 associates and 48 support staff.
