Anne Kennedy is the firm's Managing Partner and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice, the Wills, Estates & Trusts Practice, the Estate Litigation Group and the Family Business Law Group.
Practice
Anne’s practice includes most areas of commercial litigation including real property and contract disputes, shareholders’ remedies and debt collection with an emphasis on commercial mortgage enforcement. She also practices in the area of estates and trusts litigation. Anne has a background in insurance law and applies this experience to her current practice in assisting clients with insurance issues such as coverage disputes that arise in the context of litigation. She brings a practical approach to the resolution of complex commercial disputes as well as contentious estates matters.
As an experienced litigator she has been involved in the resolution of class action lawsuits, the take-over by the lender of large commercial and retail properties and many multiple beneficiary estate disputes. Anne is experienced in alternate dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Her clients include financial institutions, business owners, estate trustees and beneficiaries.
