Practice
Anthony provides advice to developers, banks, property management companies and investors and has worked with a broad spectrum of related professionals such as planners, surveyors, engineers, and consultants. His practice includes the negotiation and drafting of commercial real estate agreements and the closing of property acquisition, sale and refinancing transactions. Anthony also provides advice to property owners in connection with zoning and the Planning Act matters and has been involved in various Ontario Municipal Board hearings.
Anthony has worked in the commercial real estate industry for many years as a legal advisor, banker and as a consultant for property management companies. In addition to his legal education, Anthony possesses an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Property, which when combined with his professional experience, allows him to understand transactions from multiple perspectives.
