Bryan McNulty heads up the firm's Tax Practice and is also a member of the Wills, Estates & Trusts Practice and Family Business Law Group.
Practice
Bryan's practice includes tax and estate planning advice in respect of wills, estate freezes, income splitting, utilizing capital gains exemptions, business succession, life insurance and charitable giving strategies. Bryan works with business owners and their advisors providing tax planning advice to assist with the ownership, sale and acquisition of businesses.
Bryan also specializes in Canadian and Canada/U.S. cross-border estate planning with an emphasis on tax planning as it relates to individuals, estates, trusts and business succession for families with U.S. family members.
Bryan has written several articles for Canadian Tax Highlights, spoken at numerous conferences including the Law Society's Trust and Estates Forum and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountant's National Conference on Income Taxes, and taught the taxation section at the School of Accountancy.
