David is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Law Group, and Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Law Group.
Practice
David is currently developing a broad commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice, and has gained experience in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency, and labour and employment law.
In the course of his practice, David advises individuals and corporations involved in all manner of disputes including contractual and commercial disputes, fraud and debt recovery.
David has appeared before various levels of Courts and tribunals in Ontario on motions, trials and hearings.
