Francesca has a diversified practice focusing primarily on matters related to the construction industry. Francesca acts on behalf of each level of the construction pyramid in matters related to the preservation and enforcement of liens, breach of trust claims, and bond claims. Francesca's practice also includes general commercial litigation matters, such as enforcement of condominium by-laws, mortgage remedies, contractual disputes, and debt recovery and enforcement. Francesca brings a practical approach to the resolution of complex disputes and is experienced with alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation and arbitration.
