Ilana’s practice includes a broad range of commercial real estate matters. She routinely acts for purchasers, vendors and lenders in the acquisition, disposition and financing of real property. Ilana has extensive experience in the purchase and sale of large portfolios, including sales involving insolvency and/or environmental concerns.
In addition to advising clients on purchase, sale, and financing transactions, Ilana negotiates commercial, office and industrial leases including leasing of properties with environmental challenges and representing tenants with an interest in green leasing.
