Jeffrey practices in the area of management-side labour & employment and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on advising clients on workplace human resources matters and product and professional liability issues.
He emphasizes a client-focused and cost-effective approach to providing sound, practical and timely advice to his labour & employment and litigation clients.
Jeffrey has extensive experience advising management in such diverse areas as collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, workplace safety & insurance claims, complaints under the Ontario Human Rights Code, workplace investigations and the rights and obligations of employers both during and upon the termination of the employment relationship. Jeffrey has appeared before all levels of workplace-related courts and administrative tribunals in order to steadfastly represent his clients’ interests.
He also represents private sector clients in Ontario courts in litigation matters including product and professional liability actions, breach of contract disputes, construction liens and injunctive relief.
Jeffrey is fluently bilingual in French and English.
