John Russo is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Law Group, and Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring Law Group.

Practice

John practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a particular focus on contractual disputes, collections, asset recovery, and enforcement of security. John's clients include mid size and large companies across a number of industry sectors, as well as financial institutions. He represents clients in complex disputes arising from breach of contract.
