Practice
Liana has a broad range of experience in acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, commercial real estate and restructurings. She has acted for public and private companies in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, real estate, high tech, financial and retail, as well as financial institutions and governmental bodies.
Liana’s practice includes representation of institutional as well as private lenders in debt, asset and project financings and representation of servicers and sub-servicers of commercial mortgage securitizations. She has also represented lenders, receivers and trustees in the enforcement of secured and unsecured creditors’ remedies as well as companies, lenders and other stakeholders in restructuring proceedings.
