Marc Whiteley has been selected as a Finalist in the Lexpert 2017 Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40 Awards and will be featured in Lexpert’s Lawyers to Watch publication. Marc is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice and the Estate Litigation Group. His practice covers a wide range of commercial litigation matters including contract and leasing disputes, injunctions, fraud, debt recovery and appeals.
