Andreea Muth joins Pallett Valo as an Associate in their Business Law Practice
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – October 3, 2018 – Pallett Valo LLP, the largest business law firm in Peel Region, is pleased to welcome Andreea Muth as an Associate lawyer in their Business Law Practice.
Andreea’s practice involves advising start-up entrepreneurs and mature business owners on incorporation, contracts, general corporate/commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchases and sales, and wealth preservation (including implementation of tax structuring, trusts, and estate freezes).
Andreea has also taught an undergraduate course at Wilfrid Laurier University, entitled “Law & Entrepreneurship”, focusing on legal and business issues that challenge entrepreneurs as they develop ideas, launch ventures, manage growth, and assess possible exit strategies.

Andreea was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015. Since then, she has built up significant experience in various industries, including medical, manufacturing and service companies.
