MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – January 04, 2022 – Pallett Valo LLP, the largest business law firm in Peel Region, is pleased to announce that Steven Pordage will become a Partner and head up the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group effective January 1, 2022.
Steven joined the firm in 2012 as an articling student and has been a member of its real estate practice since September 2013. He holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from Queen’s University.
Steven’s practice includes acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real property. He also advises developers on condominium projects and acts for landowners in matters involving expropriation. His clients include large multinational corporations, small businesses, municipalities and public bodies, pension funds, Schedule I banks, private lenders, real estate developers and individuals.
