MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – January 8, 2018 – Pallett Valo LLP, the largest business law firm in Peel Region, is pleased to announce that Marc D. Whiteley has recently become a Partner of the firm.
Called to the Ontario Bar in 2008, Marc joined the firm after serving a year in a judicial clerkship for the Office of the Chief Justice of the Ontario Superior Court and has been an Associate of the firm since 2010.
Marc is a Member of the Commercial Litigation and Estate Litigation Groups and has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal and has made written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Marc handles a wide range of complex litigation matters including real estate/property and contract disputes, estate litigation, construction litigation, administrative law, injunctions, fraud, debt recovery and appeals.
In 2018, Marc was listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a Lawyer to Watch in the area of Litigation – Corporate Commercial.
