Harjot Atwal is a Member of Pallett Valo’s Commercial Real Estate Practice and Expropriation Practice.

Harjot is developing a practice concentrating on commercial real estate transactions, expropriation matters and land development matters, including the purchase and sale of real property, mortgages and secured financing, land transfer tax issues, joint ventures, condominium development, HST, land-use planning, property tax appeals and other related matters.

He acts for the purchasers, lenders, and vendors of real property, including land developers and builders. He also represents land owners in matters involving expropriation, and acts for businesses and individuals in land development matters.

Harjot’s client-service orientation has led him to develop proficiency with conveyancing and transactional work, including the purchasing, selling, and financing of real property. When encountering unique transactional issues, his goal is to craft creative solutions for his clients that consider both their daily operational needs as well as their big-picture goals.
