Jeffrey practices in the area of management-side employment & labour and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on advising clients on workplace human resources matters as well as product and professional liability issues.
He emphasizes a client-focused and cost-effective approach to providing sound, practical and timely advice to his employment & labour and litigation clients.
Jeffrey has extensive experience advising management in such diverse areas as grievance arbitrations, Workplace Safety & Insurance claims, complaints under the Ontario Human Rights Code, workplace investigations and the rights and obligations of employers throughout the employment relationship. He has appeared before all levels of workplace-related courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario in order to steadfastly represent his clients’ interests.
Jeffrey also represents private sector clients in Ontario courts in litigation matters, including product and professional liability actions, breach of contract disputes, construction projects and injunctive relief.
