Practice

Marissa Mah is a Member of the Business Law Group.

She has a corporate practice, representing national and local corporations, businesses of all sizes, directors and officers, individuals, shareholders, and regulated professionals (such as healthcare providers).

Marissa’s developing practice extends to mergers & acquisitions, the structuring and establishment of new businesses both locally and cross-border, shareholders agreements and disputes, corporate reorganizations, and various contractual arrangements.
