We are looking for a corporate/commercial lawyer to join our Business Law Group. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, and corporate reorganizations. Broad experience in contract drafting and transactional matters is required.
