We’re delighted to announce that Neeta Sandhu has been promoted to partner effective January 1, 2025.
Neeta’s practice is primarily focused on infrastructure and construction law. She represents individuals and businesses, ranging from family-owned businesses to multinational corporations, with a focus on those in the construction industry.
Her legal advice and representation on a wide variety of construction-related matters, includes acting for clients in the preservation and enforcement of liens, breach of trust claims, deficiencies, delay, termination and other contract disputes. Neeta regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and assists clients with construction adjudications and alternative dispute resolution.
