MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – January, 9 2023 – Pallett Valo LLP, the largest law firm in Peel Region, is growing its already sizable Business Law practice by welcoming new partner, Mujir Muneeruddin.
Mujir is an experienced corporate and securities lawyer with a business background as a C-level executive, which uniquely positions him to offer clients strategic and tactical insight into their business ventures. He represents clients on everything from governance and compliance matters to private placement and venture capital financings, going-public transactions, and public and private company mergers and acquisitions. He also routinely leads the set-up of private equity, real estate, and syndicated investment entities.
Mujir has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 professional by Top 100 Magazine and as a Top Lawyer in Post City Magazines. During his career, Mujir has been appointed to the boards of various entities, including listed public companies and not-for-profits, and has co-founded several high-growth enterprises. The most notable of these is a real estate project (in which he is now chairman and majority shareholder) that acquired and re-designated over 570 acres into prime employment, industrial, and entertainment land in Niagara near the Canada-U.S. border.
