Mujir Muneeruddin has extensive experience in corporate finance and securities law, providing strategic advice on complex transactional, commercial, and regulatory matters.
With a passion for moving high-growth businesses to the next level, he combines his business background as a C-level public company executive with his legal expertise, offering clients a unique perspective that translates into agile and effective business solutions.
Mujir represents clients on everything from governance and compliance matters (e.g. ongoing disclosure and dealing with securities commissions and stock exchanges) to private placement and venture capital financings, going-public transactions (IPOs, reverse takeovers, qualifying transactions) and public and private company mergers and acquisitions. He also routinely leads the set-up of private equity, real estate, and syndicated investment entities including limited partnerships and mortgage investment corporations.
During his career, Mujir has been appointed to the boards of various entities, including listed public companies and not-for-profits, and has co-founded several high-growth enterprises.
