At Pallett Valo, we work closely with developers to help them navigate the highly complex task of taking un-serviced or repurposed land, from its initial state to development.
This requires that we advise on all aspects of land development, dealing with official plan and zoning issues, assisting with due diligence, working with planners and environmental and other consultants, managing the acquisition and financing. We work with commercial developers as well as those developing subdivisions, single family homes and condominiums. We also work with municipalities and regional governments as they manage the development process.
