We represent employers in wrongful or constructive dismissal suits, in disputes over non-compete or non-solicit agreements as well as in injunctive proceedings, human rights complaints, occupational health and safety prosecutions, and others. Our lawyers represent employer clients in Superior Court, and before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Tribunal, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and the Privacy Commissioner’s Office.
