Scott Price is a member of the Estate Litigation Group, the Construction Practice, and the Commercial Litigation Practice. 

Scott represents large businesses, small businesses, sole proprietors, and individuals as a commercial litigator; individuals and families as an estate litigator; and owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and bonding companies as a construction litigator. He has also represented clients in respect of First Nation Projects.

Scott also provides legal advice and representation on a wide variety of construction matters, including complex multi-party proceedings. His practical and relevant advice is regularly sought in the areas of liens, breach of trust, bonds, contract disputes and the resolution of all types of construction disputes whether by way of litigation or by other dispute resolution mechanisms. Scott also specializes in the review and drafting of construction related contracts from small residential contracts, to larger developments and multi-million dollar factories.

Scott has appeared at all levels of Court including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, Provincial Court and various Tribunals (such as HFARB and the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal). He also regularly represents clients in arbitrations and mediations.
