Alan’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, commercial leasing, and corporate and commercial law matters.
Alan brings over 25 years of experience acting for buyers, sellers, and institutional and private lenders in all matters relating to commercial real estate. In addition, he assists landlords and tenants with the preparation and negotiation of retail, office, and industrial leases, and other tenancy matters.
Alan also has extensive experience acting for buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses across all industries, preparing and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements, and structuring and implementing corporate reorganizations, and business and estate succession plans.
