Hero Salih and Ann Twigg Join Pallett Valo’s Business Law Practice and Commercial Real Estate Practice, Respectively
MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO – October 26, 2020 – Pallett Valo LLP, the largest law firm in Peel Region, is pleased to welcome Hero Salih and Ann Twigg as members of its Business Law Practice and Commercial Real Estate Practice, respectively.
Hero is a business lawyer with extensive experience in structuring transactions, investments, expansions, partnerships, and contractual matters, working with clients locally and abroad. Drawing on her wide-ranging expertise, she assists clients in navigating complex corporate mergers and acquisitions, re-organizations, and joint ventures. She represents both public and private companies, boards, and financial advisors, with clients ranging from owner-operated companies to large international corporations.
Ann acts for large and small developers, individuals and businesses in real estate matters. While representing buyers and sellers in commercial purchases, sales and financing, she has developed considerable expertise in complex title matters. She facilitates applications for absolute title, severances, minor variances, and easement registrations. Ann also assists clients with larger refinancing and private mortgages. She has appeared on behalf of clients before the former O.M.B. and the Board of Negotiation for Expropriation matters.
