Pallett Valo Lawyer Andreea Muth has been appointed to the 2019-2020 Ontario Bar Association Business Law Section Executive as a Member-at-Large. The Business Law Section deals with a broad range of topics concerning corporate, securities, banking & finance, and commercial law.
Andreea focuses on corporate/commercial law, representing start-ups and mature business owners and has a developing expertise in trust and estate planning for business owners.
