We are pleased to announce that Sudevi Mukherjee-Gothi has been appointed to the Board of Directors for The Advocates’ Society.
The Advocates’ Society is a not-for-profit association of over 6,000 judges, lawyers and advocates from all practice areas and Canada’s premier advocacy skills training provider. Its mission is to promote ethical and professional practice standards for advocates, to expand its leadership role in teaching the skills of advocacy, to protect the independence of the bar and the judiciary, and to foster collegiality among members. Sudevi is an active member and regularly presents at their seminars.
Sudevi heads Pallett Valo’s Insurance Defence Group. In 2024, she was recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada™ for Insurance Law. Sudevi mentors both lawyers and law students and is active with the Ontario Bar Association’s Insurance Executive. She is a former Chair of the Pallett Valo Diversity Committee, and a former president of the South Asian Bar Association (Toronto).
