Sarah Berhane is a member of our Construction and Litigation practices, acting for clients in preservation and enforcement of liens, delay claims, deficiency claims, and breach of trust matters.

In construction disputes, she represents clients through litigation and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, adjudication and arbitration. Clients value her as a strategic and effective advocate in and out of the courtroom.

Her experience includes representing clients in commercial and contract disputes, partnership disputes, director and officer liability, and shareholder remedies.

Passionate about providing access to justice for women and girls, Sarah is involved in several pro bono organizations. One of them is The Equality Effect, an international network of human rights advocates, where she is a member of the research and fundraising teams.
