As a member of our litigation practice, Greta Ladanyi focuses on commercial and business-related disputes.

Acting for a wide variety of clients, she provides timely and effective advice and representation in contractual issues and shareholder disputes, as well as real estate disputes and enforcement matters.

Greta appears in trials and motions before the Superior Court and provides legal representation at tribunals. She represents clients in debtor and creditor disputes, interim and interlocutory injunctions, including Mareva Injunctions, and has served as a court-appointed independent supervising solicitor in a matter where an Anton Piller Order was sought.
Her thorough understanding of legal procedures and principles serves her clients well, facilitating practical and cost-effective solutions to disputes, either through alternative dispute resolution or litigation.
