Nataliia Wu is a commercial lawyer who advises clients on sophisticated business transactions, focusing on reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.
She assists companies in drafting a variety of commercial contracts, customized to their unique business needs. Drawing on her extensive experience in various types of transactions, she efficiently condenses practical experience and legal research into actionable insights.
During her internship at the Ukrainian office of an international law firm, she handled legal research and contract drafting involving documentation and legislation in two different legal systems. This afforded her the ability to understand the challenges of advising clients with multinational interests. Since then, she has acted on cross-border transactions and assisted foreign businesses with expansion to Canada.
